We run milling, turning, EDM and grinding in-house; heat treatment and plating go to audited partners we have worked with for over a decade. One P.O., one DFM review, one quality plan — not five suppliers pointing at each other.

3-Axis Milling

The workhorse. Vertical machining centres for prismatic parts, pockets, slots and hole patterns.

CNC Turning

Bar and chuck work for shafts, bushings, flanges. Live tooling for mill-turn hybrids.

Wire EDM

For hardened materials, fine slots and profiles that milling cannot reach.

Surface Grinding

GRND-1

Precision flatness and parallelism for mating surfaces, fixture plates and tooling.

Heat Treatment

HT-1

Subcontracted to audited partners with full process certificates — hardening, tempering, nitriding.

38–62 HRC typical range

Surface Finishing

Finished in-house or by certified partners, with batch certificates on request.

Anodising (Type II/III)

Hard coat 20–50µm, MIL-A-8625 based. Colour options for prototypes.

Powder Coating

RAL colours, 60–120µm, salt spray tested to 500h on request.

Electroless Nickel

Uniform plating for corrosion resistance, 12–25µm.

Bead Blasting

Uniform matte finish, 0.8–1.6µm Ra after blasting.

Passivation

Stainless steel per ASTM A967. Free of charge on machined stainless.

Chromate Conversion

For aluminium, clear and yellow, MIL-DTL-5541 based.
