Engineering Review Before We Quote — Not After

Every RFQ is read by a machinist before it is priced. We have been cutting Inconel and titanium since 2012; the DFM notes you get back are from people who have actually made parts like yours — not from a quoting algorithm.

Tolerance Reality Check

If a ±0.01mm callout only needs ±0.05mm for function, we tell you — and your price drops. If you need ±0.002mm, we tell you that too, and what it costs.

Tooling Access

We flag deep pockets, sharp internal corners and thin walls before they become scrap. Standard radius recommendations are free.

Material Optimisation

6061 vs 7075, 304 vs 316L, cast vs machined — we recommend the grade that meets function at the lowest landed cost.

Drawing Review

Missing datums, inconsistent GD&T, outdated surface finish symbols — caught before production, not after.

Documentation That Survives an Audit

For aerospace, medical and automotive buyers, paperwork is part of the part.
