Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrecisionIndParts.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Quotes and Orders

All quotes provided by PrecisionIndParts are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance by PrecisionIndParts and confirmation of specifications, quantities, and delivery terms. Prices may be adjusted based on material costs, tolerances, and quantity changes after initial quote.

3. Intellectual Property

Customer-provided designs, CAD files, and specifications remain the property of the customer. PrecisionIndParts retains the right to use manufacturing process data for quality improvement and internal reference, but will not share customer designs with third parties.

4. Quality and Returns

All parts are manufactured to the specifications agreed in the quote. Claims for non-conforming parts must be made within 14 days of receipt. PrecisionIndParts will inspect, repair, or replace non-conforming parts at our discretion. Standard warranty is 12 months from delivery date.

5. Limitation of Liability

PrecisionIndParts liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the specific parts in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, production losses, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all customer information, designs, and specifications as confidential. NDAs are available on request and will be signed before project commencement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
