What is your standard machining tolerance?
Our standard CNC machining tolerance is ±0.005mm (0.0002 inches) for most features. Tighter tolerances down to ±0.002mm are available for critical dimensions on request.
What certifications do you hold?
We are ISO 9001:2024, AS9100D (aerospace), IATF 16949 (automotive), and NADCAP (special processes) certified. Full certificate copies are available on request.
What is your typical lead time?
Prototype quantities (1–50 pcs): 2–3 weeks. Production quantities: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and volume. Expedited service available.
Do you offer DFM feedback?
Yes. Our engineering team provides free Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback on every quote, identifying cost-saving opportunities and manufacturability improvements.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs, .iges), DXF (.dxf), and PDF (.pdf). STEP format is preferred for complex 3D geometries.
