PrecisionIndParts is an ISO 9001:2024, AS9100D, and IATF 16949 certified precision manufacturing company serving aerospace, automotive, medical, defence, and industrial OEMs worldwide. Founded in 2005, we have grown from a single CNC workshop into a full-spectrum precision engineering partner.
Our 3,500 sqm manufacturing facility houses 40+ CNC machines, including 5-axis DMG MORI and Mazak machining centres, supported by a dedicated metrology lab with Zeiss CMM equipment. We employ 85 skilled engineers, technicians, and quality professionals.
To date, we have delivered over 12,500 precision projects to clients in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Japan, and beyond — with an on-time delivery rate of 98.7% and a first-article acceptance rate exceeding 96%.

Design Review & DFM
Our engineering team reviews your CAD for manufacturability. We identify potential cost savings, tolerance risks, and optimise the manufacturing approach — before quoting.
Process Planning & FMEA
We select optimal machining strategy, tooling, fixtures, and inspection points. A process FMEA is completed for critical features.
Production & In-Process Inspection
In-process inspection at every critical operation. CMM inspection, surface measurement, and dimensional verification at defined intervals.
Certified Delivery with Full Documentation
Material certifications, CMM reports, surface finish measurements, and Certificate of Conformance included with every shipment.
