Standard Shipping Documentation Package

Every shipment leaves the factory with a complete documentation set — prepared before dispatch, not chased after the goods are in transit:

Commercial invoice (2 copies, HS-classified)
Packing list with net/gross weights and dimensions
Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
Material certification per EN 10204 Type 3.1 (where applicable)
CMM dimensional inspection report
AS9102 FAI (aerospace & defence orders)
PPAP Level 3 package (automotive serial production)
NADCAP special-process certs (NDT / heat treat, where applicable)

If your quality system requires additional documents (e.g. FAI per customer template, first-off approval photos), we add them to the package before quoting — not as a surprise after shipment.
