Positional Accuracy
Robot joint housings require ±0.01mm positional tolerance to ensure repeatable arm positioning over thousands of cycles.
Surface Finish
Bearing and sealing surfaces require Ra 0.4µm or better. Gear contact surfaces need controlled profiles for quiet operation.
Material Selection
