Tolerances and drawing standards
Polish packages follow PN-EN ISO 2768 general tolerances and ISO 1101 GD&T. Standard ±0.05 mm; ±0.01 mm critical; ±0.005 mm ground. We issue CMM reports in Polish, English or German on request.
Every production order ships with inspection report, material cert (EN 10204 3.1 available) and CoC.
Materials ordered from Poland
Polish orders skew toward: 1.4301/1.4404 stainless, C45/42CrMo4 for rail and machinery, 6061-T6 aluminium, and 17-4PH for food processing equipment. Send the PN/EN designation and we confirm stock before quoting.
Finishes: as-machined Ra 1.6, Ra 0.8 for sealing faces, anodize, passivation for food-contact stainless. Flagged if not guaranteed.
Lead times, customs and time zones
Xi’an is six to seven hours ahead of Warsaw. Prototypes 10–15 working days, production 3–5 weeks, then 4–5 days via DHL Express to Poland, customs and EU VAT handled (Intrastat-compliant paperwork).
We quote EXW/FOB Xi’an; DDP available. Payment T/T, PayPal or L/C; invoices in PLN, EUR or USD; proforma for first orders. Project managers answer around the clock and schedule calls into Polish business hours.
