Tolerances and drawing standards
NZ packages follow AS 1100 with ISO 2768 and ISO 1101 GD&T. Standard ±0.05 mm; ±0.01 mm critical; ±0.005 mm ground.
Every production order ships with inspection report, material certificate and CoC.
Materials ordered from New Zealand
NZ orders skew toward: 6061-T6, 304/316 stainless, 17-4PH, and PEEK for agritech and medical. Send the grade and we confirm stock before quoting.
Finishes: as-machined Ra 1.6, Ra 0.8, anodize, passivation. Flagged if not guaranteed.
Lead times, customs and time zones
Xi’an is four to five hours behind NZ. Prototypes 10–15 working days, production 3–5 weeks, then 4–6 days via DHL/FedEx, customs handled.
Payment T/T, PayPal or L/C; invoices in NZD, USD or EUR; proforma for first orders. Project managers answer around the clock.
