Our commitment to ethical, sustainable, and responsible manufacturing.
1. Business Ethics
PrecisionIndParts is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and fairness. We prohibit bribery, corruption, and any form of unethical business practice. All employees and subcontractors must comply with applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where we operate.
2. Labour Rights
We uphold internationally recognised labour standards including: no forced or child labour, fair wages, reasonable working hours, freedom of association, and non-discrimination. Our facilities are regularly audited for compliance.
3. Health & Safety
We maintain a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with OHSAS 18001 standards. Regular safety training, protective equipment, and incident reporting systems are in place across all facilities.
4. Environmental Responsibility (ESG)
We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint through: energy-efficient CNC machinery, coolant recycling systems, scrap metal recycling (100% of aluminium and steel scrap is recycled), waste reduction programmes, and compliance with RoHS and REACH regulations. We are working toward ISO 14001 certification.
5. Supply Chain Responsibility
We expect our suppliers to meet the same ethical and environmental standards we hold ourselves to. Raw material suppliers must provide certification of origin and compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Quality & Traceability
Every part we manufacture is traceable from raw material batch to final shipment. Material certifications, inspection reports, and process records are retained for a minimum of 10 years.
7. Reporting Concerns
Concerns regarding violations of this code can be reported confidentially to ethics@precisionindparts.com. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is strictly prohibited.
