Tolerances and drawing standards
Turkish packages follow TS EN ISO 2768 and ISO 1101. Standard ±0.05 mm; ±0.01 mm critical; ±0.005 mm ground. CMM reports in English or Turkish on request.
Every production order ships with inspection report, material certificate and CoC.
Materials ordered from Turkey
Turkish orders skew toward: 6061-T6 and 7075-T6, 304/316 stainless, 17-4PH and 15-5PH for defence, Inconel 718, and 4140 for hydraulic components. Send the grade and we confirm stock before quoting.
Finishes: as-machined Ra 1.6, Ra 0.8 for sealing faces, anodize (including MIL-A-8625 on request), passivation. Flagged if not guaranteed.
Lead times, customs and time zones
Xi’an is five hours ahead of Istanbul. Prototypes 10–15 working days, production 3–5 weeks, then 3–4 days via DHL/FedEx to Istanbul, customs handled. Sea freight available for large volumes via Mersin or Ambarlı.
Payment T/T, PayPal or L/C; invoices in TRY, USD or EUR; proforma for first orders. Project managers answer around the clock.
