CNC Machining for Canadian Companies

Precision machined parts from our Xi\u2019an factory to Canada in 3-5 business days. Aerospace, mining and energy buyers across BC, Ontario and Quebec.

Why Canadian Buyers Work With Us

Same logistics line as the US

FedEx and DHL fly out of Shenzhen every day. Your parts clear customs in 1-2 days and land 3-5 days after dispatch.

Aerospace paperwork done right

AS9102 FAI, material traceability to mill source and NADCAP special processes — the documentation Canadian aerospace QA expects.

CAD pricing

We quote in CAD on request. No FX surprise when the invoice lands.

Cold-start friendly

Overnight gap between Canada and China is 12-13 hours — we answer email at the start of your morning, every morning.

Why Canadian engineering teams offshore precision machining

The math for a shop in Toronto or a startup in Kitchener-Waterloo: a CNC part that costs CAD 150–230 in small-batch domestic production typically lands at CAD 50–90 from us, freight, duty and FX included. For prototypes the gap is smaller; for production runs of 500+ it is 40–55% total landed cost. Canadian automation and medtech companies regularly send drawings to Xi’an.

Price is half of it. The other half is tolerance capability, documentation and a technical answer at 9 p.m. Eastern. Our shop runs 40+ CNC machines with in-house CMM inspection (NIST-traceable calibration) and engineers who answer RFQs with DFM notes.

Tolerances and drawing standards

Canadian packages usually follow ASME Y14.5 GD&T, ISO 2768 general tolerances, and ISO 1101 interpretation. We read both ASME and ISO conventions daily. Standard tolerance ±0.05 mm; ±0.01 mm on critical features; ±0.005 mm on ground diameters.

CMM programs are written to the drawing — datums first. Every production order ships with inspection report, material cert and CoC. AS9102 FAIR available for aerospace.

Materials ordered from Canada

Canadian orders skew toward: 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 aluminium, 304/316 stainless, 17-4PH, Inconel 718, titanium 6Al-4V, and PEEK for medical. Send the ASTM/AMS designation and we confirm stock before quoting.

Finishes: as-machined Ra 1.6, Ra 0.8 for sealing faces, anodize, passivation for medical. If a finish is not guaranteed, we say so before the quote.

Lead times, customs and time zones

Xi’an is 12–14 hours ahead of Canadian time zones. Send a drawing Friday afternoon Eastern and we process it Monday morning Xi’an time — a quote often lands Tuesday in your inbox. Prototypes 10–15 working days, production 3–5 weeks, then 3–5 days via FedEx/DHL, customs handled.

We quote EXW/FOB Xi’an and DDP is available — full landed cost before approval. Payment T/T, PayPal or L/C; invoices in CAD, USD or EUR; proforma for first orders. Project managers answer around the clock.
